Victoria Kozel, DNP, is the Lead Nurse Practitioner at Advanced Behavioral Health, where she provides expert, patient-centered care across a range of outpatient psychiatric services, with a special focus on Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for treatment-resistant depression.
Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, Dr. Kozel is deeply committed to delivering culturally sensitive care that honors the unique backgrounds and needs of each patient. She is known for creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where patients feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout their mental health journey.
She began her clinical training in Upstate New York and earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Florida. Her diverse medical background of 20+ years includes experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, cardiovascular care, inpatient acute care, and outpatient services, equipping her with a broad and comprehensive approach to both physical and mental health.
Outside of her professional role, Dr. Kozel enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children. She has a passion for horseback riding, hiking in nature, and training at the gym—activities that keep her grounded and energized as she continues to support others in achieving mental wellness.
Valeria Alana serves as the Patient Coordinator and TMS Liaison at Advanced Behavioral Health, where she brings dedication, compassion, and cultural sensitivity to every interaction. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she ensures that all patients—regardless of background—feel welcomed, heard, and valued.
A certified TMS treater, Valeria provides hands-on support and guidance throughout the Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatment process. She works closely with patients to educate, encourage, and empower them on their path toward healing, always emphasizing their individuality and creating a safe, inclusive environment.
In addition to her clinical role, Valeria is currently a fourth-year nursing student with aspirations to become a Nurse Practitioner. Her commitment to professional growth and patient care is evident in everything she does, and she is passionate about making a lasting impact in the field of mental health.

Currently pursuing his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, Isaac is passionate about the integration of pharmacology in mental health. He aspires to specialize in psychopharmacology, combining his growing expertise with a patient-centered approach. He also holds a license as a certified pharmacy technician, further grounding his work in a strong foundation of medication knowledge and safety.

While working in an acute hospital setting, Dr. Boaz remains actively engaged in high-acuity psychiatric care, allowing her to stay at the forefront of current clinical practices and emerging treatments. In addition to hospital work, she serves as the Supervising Psychiatrist for Advanced Behavioral Health’s outpatient clinic overseeing a multidisciplinary team delivering specialized services, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).
