A telemedicine appointment is a private video visit with your FitMind provider. You log in from a phone, tablet, or computer at your scheduled time, and we meet face to face just as we would in the office. The conversation, the level of attention, and the quality of care remain the same.

Insurance and Telemedicine
Most insurance plans now cover telemedicine appointments at the same level as in-person visits. Our administrative team will verify your benefits and walk you through any costs before your first virtual appointment.
