For patients without insurance, or for those whose policies do not cover TMS Therapy, we offer self pay options at competitive rates. Financing is also available upon request, and we accept HSA funds and CareCredit.
Most major insurance providers cover NeuroStar Advanced TMS Therapy when patients meet certain clinical criteria. While each plan is different, common requirements include:
A diagnosis of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
A history of trying at least two to four antidepressant medications without satisfactory improvement, depending on the insurance provider
Documentation from your prescribing provider showing your treatment history
For patients with OCD, coverage often requires that the symptoms have not responded to two medications and a trial of psychotherapy.

Confirm your eligibility under your specific plan
Walk you through any copays, deductibles, or out of pocket costs
Submit prior authorization documents on your behalf
Communicate with your insurance company throughout treatment
